For multi-story structures with gutters and siding high off the ground, a thorough cleaning can still be provided where pressure washers can not reach.

Methods for Exterior Cleaning

Pressure washers are a miraculous tool. They work great to clean up driveways, patios, and most stairways & decks. For home siding and gutters, they are not always they best option, particularly when there is older paint that a customer does not want to need touched-up after a cleaning. Peakwalker is experienced and equipped to clean the exterior of gutters and siding as high as three stories up! For gutters, a carbon fiber pole extendable to 35 feet is used to apply an environmentally-safe cleaning solution with a brush mop, scrub muck and algae off the surface, and then rinse them clean as they day they were installed! The same can be done for exterior home siding. A combination of this method along with pressure washes where appropriate is often the best option to brighten up a property and take years off its overall appearance.
